While the previous films dealt with real people connected with the world of tennis, the romantic comedy “Wimbledon” is a fictional story about the tennis player Peter Colt, who used to be the 11th racquet of the world, but now is not active, teaches in a tennis club and has given up his championship ambitions. However, he receives an invitation from the Wimbledon tournament and it turns his life upside down. At the same time, there is a strong romantic line in the film, because great love can inspire the greatest victories.
